Shouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
If you like spending $120K per year on a senior level designer + benefits + making sure they're busy with unneccsary tasks that don't align with their talents, yeah sure.
But truth is, you would probably rather spend half of that, and get top quality designs, with no hassle, no wasted time, and you can pause or cancel anytime...
You can't do that to a full-time employee, you'll have to pay a severence package that is practically half of our yearly rate.

Is there a limit on what we can request?
There is no limit on what you can request. Each request takes an average of 48 hours to complete.

How fast is your turn around time?
On average, 2 days or less. For people who live hour by hour, that would be 48 hours or less.

Who are the designers?
This might surprise you but we are a boutique agency of 1. We do call on our close friends when specific skills are needed like animation, 3d, etc.
but don't worry, you don't get charged more, either you have the package that includes that or you don't.
and we're not offended either way :)

How does the "pause" work?
Simple. You wont waste money. If you subscribe, and we work for 15 days together and complete the tasks at hand, you can pause.
That means we have 15 days of work remaining. You can resume the subscription at anytime and cash in on those 15 days you would have lost if you had a full time senior-densigner.

What programs do you use?
Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dora, Webflow.

How do I request a design?
Simple. We use Trello for all communication. You simple add a card and put it into the request folder.
When you sign up we'll walk you through that process. no worries.

What if I don't like your design?
No problem, we will continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

Are there any designs you don't do?

What if I only have 1 request?
You can pause after it's done and return whenever. Nothing goes to waste.
